How can I make a return?

To return an item, it must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To begin the process, please email us with your order number.

How many days do I have to return a product?

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any damage, defects, or an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods, including your order number and, if possible, attach photos.

Can I request a product replacement?

Yes. The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed with a new purchase of the desired item.

Shipments are handled directly by our partner suppliers, selected for their reliability and quality of service. GreenCornerShop acts as an intermediary, monitoring the shipment and providing assistance until delivery.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which will allow you to track your delivery in real time.

With regard to shipments made via Royal Mail, we inform you that the service provides a reference number rather than full tracking. Updates on the shipment status may be limited or unavailable until delivery.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs are clearly indicated during checkout and may vary based on weight, volume, and destination. In some cases, shipping may be free; any promotions will be highlighted on the product page or at checkout.

We hereby inform you that, for shipments originating from countries outside the European Union, customs authorities or the courier responsible for delivery may require the payment of additional charges, approximately €2.00, related to administrative and/or customs clearance fees, for shipments with a value equal to or below €150.00.
These amounts are neither determined nor collected by our store, but may be requested directly by the entities or operators responsible for import procedures in the destination country.
Any customs duties, local taxes, or other charges shall therefore remain the responsibility of the recipient and may vary according to the regulations in force in the country of delivery.

What happens in case of delays or non-delivery?
