Shipping Management and Delivery Times
Shipments of products purchased from The green Corner Shop are handled directly by our team. Delivery is carried out through national or international couriers, selected based on the specific requirements of each order.
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days from receipt. At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are estimated at 4–10 business days overall.
Any delays may be caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen delays by the courier.
Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the courier will make one or more delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be held at a depot or returned to the sender.
Unclaimed / Refused Parcels
In the event that a parcel is not collected or the delivery is refused by the customer, any shipping and return costs will be entirely borne by the customer.
Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the shipping address provided at the time of the order. The green Corner Shop assumes no responsibility for any issues or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the checkout process and may vary depending on the weight, volume, and destination of the goods.
In some cases, shipping may be free: such promotional conditions will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.
Any customs duties, local taxes, or other charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary according to the regulations in force in the destination country.
Non-serviceable Areas
Some locations may not be serviced or may be subject to additional costs. In such cases, our Customer Service will contact the customer before proceeding with order confirmation.
Issues or Delays
In the event of delays, non-delivery, or damage to the ordered products, the customer is invited to promptly contact our Customer Service via email at info.thegreencornershop@gmail.com, indicating the order number and any other useful information.
Our team will make every effort to provide a solution as quickly as possible.
