Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: it must be unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetic or household cleaning products that have been opened, used, or are missing their original seal. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and do our best to resolve the issue.
Right of Withdrawal for the European Union
If you are a private consumer and the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without providing any justification.
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery. Therefore, cosmetic or household cleaning products that have been opened, used, or are missing their original seal are not eligible for a refund.
For products that remain unopened and intact, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome of our assessment. If your refund is approved, we will reimburse the amount paid for the products as well as the cost of the original standard shipping.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
