Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: it must not have been used and must be in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, it is not possible to return cosmetic or household cleaning products that have been opened, used, or are missing their original seal. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error or responsibility on our part.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. In case of defects, damage, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods. We will assess the situation and do our best to resolve the issue.

 

Right of Withdrawal for the European Union
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification.

Refunds
